Where do you ship?
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping fee is auto- calculated and is visible once you have selected the item(s) you intend to purchase in when you check out. there are some general rule in this calculation is :
- Type of delivery option is selected – i.e : Express or Standard
- Distance of your shipping address from the location of our warehouse
- The weight and dimensions of your package
- We offer “free shipping” for some time period with no minimum purchase, you will get the information on our website or our other communication channel.
- Your order will be proceed on Business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays within the Indonesia
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Orders with shipping destinations in Outside Java may require longer time for delivery.
Help! I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel by the third delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi's® Returns Department. We will process your refund within 30 business days after receiving your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
What if I am an international customer who wants to purchase from your site?
Levi.co.id orders cannot be shipped internationally, but Levi’s® offers online shopping options in several countries worldwide. Please visit https://www.levi.com/global or click the flag at the top right of Levi.co.id to change countries. Please note that not all countries on the page have shopping options but may have sites containing information about Levi’s® products. Levi.co.id orders can be shipped to Indonesia area. We have the right to cancel orders which are in violation of this policy.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
