Return and Exchange Policy at Levi’s® Physical Stores

  1. This return and exchange policy applies to items purchased at Levi’s® physical stores in Indonesia.
  2. Returns are accepted only if the item has a quality issue (hidden defect) that was not known to the customer at the time of purchase and is not damaged due to customer fault. We recommend that all customers check the item’s quality before completing their purchase.
  3. If a defect or damage on the returned product is confirmed, we will provide the customer with a full refund equivalent to the purchase price paid.
  4. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account, which must be verified with a signed bank account statement, bank statement/passbook, and a copy of the customer’s identification. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days after the return request is received and approved by the store.
  5. As an alternative to a refund, customers may choose to exchange the item.
  6. If the purchased item comes with a gift (GWP – Gift with Purchase), any return must also include the return of the gift item.
  7. Returns and exchanges must be made no later than 14 calendar days from the purchase date stated on the receipt.
  8. To process a return or exchange, customers must present the original purchase receipt (digital photos or photocopies are not accepted).
  9. Exchanges are only applicable for items purchased at regular (non-discounted) prices.
  10. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition as when first purchased: unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with the original price tags intact.
  11. For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, and socks are excluded from the return and exchange policy.
  12. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value (with additional payment for the price difference), subject to stock availability at the store.
  13. Returns and exchanges can only be processed at the store where the purchase was made.
